Folgers Instant Coffee — 2 tsp Nescafe would work excellent, too. Add 1 to 1. This is what you should have once beaten, a pretty light mocha color. Heat a pot on medium-high heat, add 2 cups of milk. In the meantime, split the coffee mix into 2 cups so they are evenly divided.
Once bubble forms around the milk and it begins to rise, turn off the gas. Add boiled milk to the coffee mix.
Stir well, there should be tons of froth on top. Pour into a serving cup, top with some coffee granules… a little sip of heaven!
